You must have your utility bill and follow the instructions exactly.
1. Go to wp-denaircsd.accugov.com or click on the blue link to the right
2. Click the REGISTER button (top right)
3. Create a USERNAME
4. Create PASSWORD, (must have 8 characters including 1 special character)
5. Then choose I HAVE UTILITY BILL
6. Enter ACCOUNT NUMBER
7. Enter SERVICE LOCATION exactly, as shown on your utility statement, (for example, PARK-ST-1234), IN ALL CAPS
